Out of all the Golf Clubs in Bristol Stockwood Vale is the best draining thanks to miles of underground drainage and the porous limestone under the fairways.
Indeed, 2009 was another wet year, however, apart from snow the golf course hasn't had to close at all! Indeed, golf buggies have only been banned for 40 days over the last 12 months, 11 of which were due to the snow in February 2009.
Combine our hugely experienced green staff with the USGA specification greens; 160 acres of undulating land; 12,500 plus trees; meandering streams; miles of drainage and we have created the best all weather golf courses in the area.
