Favourite meeting rooms
Organisations and companies from all over Bristol and Bath, including Bristol NHS and training companies, are taking advantage of our spacious rooms and the breathtaking views they command.
If you want a truly pleasant Bristol meeting room, don’t pay for a boring space in an average hotel, come and see why we are a favourite meetings and conference venue. We are situated just off the Bristol Ring Road near Keynsham, the A4 and A37. The Golf Club boasts ample free parking.
Enjoy great food, snacks and refreshments whilst you meet with clients, hold your board meeting or conduct a perfect training day. Choose one of the following options:
- Cold fork buffet lunch including cold meats, salads and a selection of savoury snacks. £8.95 per person (minimum of 8 delegates)
- Hot fork buffet lunch to include a choice of 2 hot dishes served with chips, new potatoes, salad and seasonal vegetables freshly prepared by our chef. Followed by a selection of desserts and a fresh fruit basket. £12.95 per person (minimum of 8 delegates)

- Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas available on arrival and throughout the day. £1.50/£3.00 per person
- Crispy bacon sandwiches. £3.50 per person
- A selection of fresh croissants and pastries. £3 per person
- A selection of homemade cakes and pastries. £3 per person

- Half price room hire when taking either lunch package
